Information we collect
When you use Due To-Do, we may process your email address, display name, family profile, due date, budget, checklist progress, saved product details, uploaded product images, family-sharing invitations and activity needed to keep a shared plan in sync.
Our hosting and security providers may also process ordinary technical information such as IP address, browser type, request time and diagnostic logs to deliver and protect the service.
How we use information
- To create and secure your account using email verification codes.
- To save, restore and synchronise your plan across sessions.
- To provide family collaboration and identify updates within a shared plan.
- To store product images that you choose to upload.
- To detect abuse, diagnose errors and maintain service security.
- To provide support when you contact us.
Service providers
Due To-Do uses Cloudflare for application hosting, databases, file storage and security, and Resend to deliver sign-in and family-verification emails. These providers process information only to deliver their relevant services. If App Store purchases are enabled, Apple processes the transaction under Apple’s own privacy terms; Due To-Do does not receive your full payment-card details.
Family sharing
Each invited family member receives individual access linked to their email address. Verified members can view and update the shared plan. Plan owners can remove a member, which revokes that member’s verified access. Only invite people you trust.
Seller links
Products and seller links are entered by users. Opening a seller link takes you to a third-party website with its own privacy practices. Due To-Do does not scrape seller pages or monitor what you do after leaving the service.
Retention and deletion
We retain account information and plan data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can export your plan or permanently delete your profile, checklist, products, uploaded images and sharing access from the Data section in Due To-Do settings. Limited security or operational records may be retained where reasonably necessary to meet legal obligations, prevent abuse or resolve disputes.
Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing and to receive a portable copy. Contact support@duetodo.app to make a request.
Children
Due To-Do is intended for parents, expectant parents and adult family members. It is not directed to children and should not be used by anyone under 13.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, including email-code authentication, scoped family access and encrypted HTTPS connections. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Due To-Do develops. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date.
